New song

i was a little bored so i filmed a clip of me singing a tiny bit from a new song of ours. (i can only play the chorus)

We have been a bit rubbish recently with blogging but i promise we will get better. Though nothing has really been worth blogging about apart from that we have finished filming a music video which will be out in september. We have some pics to upload from that!! and also rich,ben and i went on holiday to Texas which was amazing, we didnt get to play out there , but went to some great places and met some lovely people!!

......The boys were up to their usual mischief, and we all ate chocolate caramel biscuits while Ollie fell asleep (again) whilst waiting to play!! i dont think he ever sleeps!! sshhh!

Gig at The Camden Barfly

so we played at The Camden Barfly yesterday which was cool, but their PA systems fuse blew so we had to all play acoustic unplugged lol. oh well! it was a nice day out in Camden and Nice to be asked to perform at The Barfly!

Just thought i would post up a little video of us playing our song 'still want you' acoustically that we played at The Boileroom on the 14th March. we played acoustic that night as our bass player could not be there that night.

Beginning of March!!!

Hey everyone. :-)

Since our last post on here a few weeks ago, we have been up to quite a few things!!

We played a gig at The Troubadour Club in Putney on the 24th Feb, This was great as we had not played there since last summer and we got to play with a band called Si connerly who were reallly good :)

Here is a little video blog we made that night when we were at the Troubadour. For anyone interested in watching general sillyness, and band chit chat:) !!



6th March 2010:
Rich and i travelled down to Winchester last saturday and played a small acoustic set at the Jack Wills store there. We got a little lost on the way there- of course , we are not the best at directions + sat nav went mad on our way home! It was sooo cold that day .

but this was a really sweet gig, and we have been invited to perform there again soon!
here is a picture someone at Jack wills took of us - we forgot our cameras that day, ( this we seem to do quite often) so we never get to document some of our expeditions! anyway.. We have really enjoyed playing for Jack Wills over the past months and we hope to continue playing there more, especially now as summer is not too far away!!



1st March 2010
.....Rich and i really like a band at the moment called Owl City... :) so Rich wrote an electronica song inspired a little by Owl City,
its called 'Shooting Star'. We recorded it in rich's bedroom and decided it made a nice little demo to put up on our myspace of something a little different to listen too.:)

17th Feb 2010:
We also performed at the Jack Wills belated christmas party on the 17TH Feb . This was a fun night and here are few pics from that night! ( we had no camera again so someone else very nicely took some of us on theirs ) :)

thats all for tonight as im up quite late now ...its 1am in the morning.- been waiting for the video on here to upload and its taken soooo long!

but we have 2 more gigs coming up this week :) so il post again soooon with more videos and pictures!

Live Journals and a clip of a new song xxx

Sooo as you may have already seen our first video blog on here...We have decided to start a live journal of the band! Just like loads of other bands have done and are doing. We feel that it is a really important and more personal way of connecting with people, letting everyone know what we are up to and what our plans are.... and generally following the progress and development of the band professionally and personally from now....until...hopefully years and years to come! :) :)

So we hope you will like all our video blogs and future ones to come!


Sooo yesterday Rich and i decided to record little clips of us playing a few of our new songs for our blog, just acoustically.

oww and I know my head is slightly chopped off in the video from the previous post but ...im not too bothered. Also theres a funny bit of Rich in that one that i thought id keep in!!
